Growing up dogs have always been around me, and we’ve had many dogs, and a few cats, over the years. Here 's the stories of a few. The first dog I ever met was Shala. She was a chow chow mix and my mother’s dog a long time before I was born. She was the sweetest dog you’d ever meet, though I was young when we had her so I don 't remember much. When we moved out to New Mexico in 2004 she came with me and my mom, which must 've really been hard for both of them since we were driving from florida. While my dad was still working in Florida and trying to sell the house he would video chat with her and she’d bark and wine. Around 2006 she had a bad hip and was half blind and deaf but still such a great dog. Then one saturday morning I woke to find out she had been hit by a truck chasing dogs out. It really hurt me but it must 've been worse for my mom, we buried her outside of my grandma’s house, surrounded by trees. During the time we had Shala we picked up another puppy from a shelter, while all the other dogs were barking and jumping she sat at the end quietly, just smiling a dog smile, she had already been named Shasha. We ended up getting her that day, little did we know we were being deceived. After we got her home it turned out that she was a pretty active dog and got along great with Shala. Though it…
to a new demographic (small town farmers who are cross breeding animals for new age cute internet memes)). This isn 't some heartwarming story about how I worked a mundane job but all of a sudden we were allowed dogs in the work place and everyone 's hatred slowly dissipated (working title: WorkBud). This story is more like the story of the horse from Horsin ' Around, and beloved Netflix celebrity, BoJack Horseman. Its real. Or at least it feels real. Its one of those weird twisted moments…

The ad I watched was Blue vs. Purina Dog Chow. This ad talked about a woman interviewing a man. The woman asked the man what he gave his dog for food everyday and he said, “Purina Dog Chow Complete. That’s a really good dog food.” Then the woman showed the man some ingredients from his dog food and Blue’s but he didn’t know which was which and he didn’t even know what companies were on the board. Before I analyze the film Chungking Express, I would like to briefly introduce its director—Wang Kar-Wai, a great master who specialized in describing protagonists’ characteristics by details and the whole environment. Since he grows up in Hong Kong, a former British colony involving Chinese culture and western culture, he has lots of thinking on this metropolis and the people living there. Thus he directs bunch of films such like Chungking Express, telling the love stories happened in Hong Kong…
The second source is a book which introduced the basic concepts and applications of this methodology. The authors concentrated on the causal discovery of networks and the techniques of using Bayesian networks. Furthermore, they discussed the utilisation of this methodology for causal modelling. This source is important at the initial stage of the project as it contributes to the decision-making process at the modelling technique selection stage. However, it is not as important as the other two…
case analysis is about Raymond “Shrimp Boy” Chow. He is known for his racketeering (doing illegal business) charges. The two newspaper articles I researched were from “The New York Times” and “The San Jose Mercury News”. My two newspaper articles explain who he is and the latest news on his trial. I am going to compare the articles and see how he’s portrayed. The first article is called, “Who is “Shrimp Boy” Chow?” and it’s from the San Jose Mercury News by Howard Mintz. In this article, Mintz…
In 2008, Douglas watched Shawn Johnson perform her beam routine and was stunned by her performance. When the scoreboard showed Shawn’s name as the number one spot on beam, her and her coach, Liang Chow, hugged each other with so much warmth and joy. At that exact moment Douglas fell in love with Liang Chow and wanted him to be her coach. Douglas then states, “But I could feel it in my bones. Chow was the one” (95). Two years later in July 2010 Douglas was informed that Chow would be coming all…
