I have selected the 2015 Chevrolet Camaro, Model ZL1 (6.2L V8 Supercharged 6-Speed Manual) as the car to this assignment on. I chose this car in particular because I like how it looks and the want to have one. The operating costs of this specific car is slightly higher compared to other vehicles you would normally see on the road. The 5th year operating costs is $79,439 with $26,673 just in the first year. Apart from the operating costs, it will cost approximately $1110 a month on a 60 month loan to pay this car off. All together the overall cost of owning and operating a 2015 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 would be nearly $40,000 year one or $3,333 per month. The Camaro ZL1 has $12,833 of accumulated depreciation in the first year,…

As we drive through the blinding pitch black forest of Michoacan I question another time, “Which one of these houses belong to drug lords?”, “Will we get kidnapped at this very instant?”, “Will we get shot at this very instant?” Arriving to the city of Uruapan the first thing I observe again were sirens. In Mexico, the authorities find it very odd for the average person the be driving a “car of the year” especially a beauty like the Chevrolet Camaro, therefore they will pull you over and search,…

vehicle brand. Not a single one of them has ever complained about Chevy making a bad car and selling it to them. From that point, I realized that if I was ever to purchase a new vehicle soon, I would certainly go with Chevy and avoid other brands. Eventually it did happen, three months ago I decided to start looking at vehicles, and the first vehicles that I searched where made by Chevy. I told myself that since my family members had never had any mechanical failures in their vehicles, then…

replacing the rear-wheel drive Mustang with a front-wheel drive and Japanese-built Probe. A twist to the Mustang saga came early in the new millennium as the Mustang’s chief rival, the Chevrolet Camaro, was canceled. A rivalry hatched in the late 1960s was…

cars because they want to be hip and make everyone think they are cool. They want other people to work on their cars so that they don't have to. It is damn near impossible to work on a supercar also, because the manufacturers want you to waste money on their parts and have only their mechanics to work on it. I read an article one time about porsche or ferrari and you have to go to a special school for years and years just to change the oil on one of those cars. It may be just me but i like…

Climbing into the cockpit of Shelby American's 50th Anniversary Daytona Coupe is very much like like going back in time. only it's a bit more comfortable. Only, this time it’s a bit more comfortable. The steering wheel has a fat leather rim metal spokes and a metal badge at its center. The dashboard looks like a '60s-era science project with plainly labeled knobs and switches set into a flat black surface.
