    It wasn’t only but a little over fifteen years later when the Lawrence v. Texas case was brought upon the Supreme Court to determine the constitutionality of a anti sodomy state of Texas statute. This was the biggest landmark case for the LGBT community since the 1986 Bowers v. Hardwick case, and it certainly started the turnaround for what is now and still the road to equality for homosexuality. II.
