support, outcome expectancy, and overcoming barriers to physical activity. This intervention utilized two print booklets that centered on motivational readiness. Booklet 1 was designed more towards those who were still in an early stage of motivational readiness and Booklet 2 was designed for those who were in those middle stages. The control group that was created did not receive these booklets. Instead, they received a booklet that was meant to act as a placebo. This booklet contained information about dieting and a good nutrition. The booklets were sent out to each corresponding participant based on which group they fit into. The participants were to be assessed at week 3 and week 6 after they had received their booklet. From the participants who were originally chosen as relapsers, only 85 from the intervention group and 91 from the control group gave their consent to take part in the trial. At the 3 weeks mark, only 76% of the participants in the intervention group responded. At the 6 weeks mark, only 65% of those in the intervention group responded and 63% from the control group responded.
