Quinn Sullivan is an accomplished blues/soul artist. What is remarkable is that he is just 16. On Monday evening, September 21, 2015, I had the pleasure of watching University Jazz Combos. The performance was held at the University of Louisville School Of Music in the Bird Recital Hall.
