    As sentient beings we experience bio-reactions in one form or another on a daily basis. In the following I will discuss three specific situations I have experienced resulting in different bio-reactions including; fight, freeze, and appease. Situation 1: I was approximately 21 years old and at a BBQ with friends and their families.
