    Bernie Banton was an Australia man born in Sydney in 1946 and passed in November 2007. He was an advocate for all people that are suffering from asbestos related diseases and are fighting for justice. Bernie Banton sturdily believed anyone who worked in a negligent environment which produced the individual to result in sickness and/or injury defiantly deserves to be compensated immediately. Mr Banton had got a job at the James Hardie Camellia Facility in Sydney’s western suburbs in 1968 to 1974.
