Kepuha Babauta is a young teenage chamorro boy from the village of Talofofo in the beautiful island of Guam. His name is one of the most well-known chamorro chiefs in Guam’s history books. He is a respectful young man and knows right from wrong, by the way he was raised. At school in Talofofo, he is a role model to other students. He has a 4.0 GPA, and he focuses on his work and studies for any and all upcoming tests/or exams. He was a student athlete (one of the top athletes in Guam) playing football and baseball. Kepuha had it all in Guam, until, one day his mom and dad had announced they will be moving to the United States. When Kepuha found out the news that his family is relocating. He asked his dad where they’re moving to. His dad told him that he was getting stationed in Fort Lewis in Tacoma, Washington. Kepuha was shocked about the news, but he wasn’t worried because he promised himself that nothing will change him no matter what. His parents, eventually, transferred him to Spanaway Hills High School. They packed up all of their things, and also said their goodbyes to their friends and family.
