The social problem addressed in the BBC World News artictle titled Care home (Nursing Homes) whistleblowers increasing is the treatment of elderly and disabled people in nursing homes. It appears this issue received greater attention following a BBC episode which revealed patient abuse at a hospital. From 2010-2012 about 556 reports have been made by relatives and staff. The reports included the neglect of basic staff duties to physical assault on the elderly. 2) Identify the subjective conditions (in at least one paragraph). 3 pts.
