coverage of the wireless signals. Instead of using fewer number of cells as base stations for transmission of wireless signals there can be a number small cell deployment to reduce the issue of network connectivity [7]. In this technique, a microcell division is created from the macrocell. The main base station that forms the base of the macrocell is split into smaller cells. Therefore, the user equipment (UE) gets connected to a microcell instead of getting connected to the main base station. This way, the UE stays in the network by connecting to a smaller cell that is located closer to it. This results in reduction in signal to noise ratio as the interference level in such a micro network is less. Moreover, the overall network performance of this system is increased. To reduce the load of traffic in such dense networks, multiuser MIMO and millimeter wave antenna technology can be used. These technologies will help in getting the traffic off the network in a faster way. Also, by using small cells, the spectrum can be sub-divided into smaller bands. The user can therefore be able to use the spectrum for a very less amount of time and then release it for other users [8]. This implementation of small cells will significantly help in Device to Device (D2D) communication. In D2D communication each device in the network is capable enough to direct communication with minimal assistance from the base station or the enodeB. The main advantage of this type of communication is that…

hydrogen ion and is intended to be a measurement of the balance of acids and bases. Temperature affects pH. In pure water, a decrease in pH of 0.45 occurs when temperature is increased by 25°C [11]. There are several methods for measuring pH. The most common is the use of a glass electrode sensible to it, a reference electrode and a measurement device. Another method is the use of indicators and colorimeters. Indicators are materials specifically designed to change color when they are exposed…

The other team members should focus on setting up the buret by rising it with distilled water as well as building the titration apparatus and preparing the HCl solution. In order to prepare the NaOH solution, first take some solid NaOH and measure its mass. Then get a 250 mL volumetric flask and fill it about halfway with distilled water. Add the NaOH to the flask and mix…

An equation exemplifying a base dissolving in water: NaOH (s) H2O Na+ (aq) + OH- (aq) Molarity, also known as the concentration, is represented as moles of the measured substance divided by the volume in dm3. It is a value of the amount of substance in a given volume. The amount of substance is measured…

more extensive and intensive tests should be done to confirm the results. When looking at the Paste pH and Electrical Conductivity Tests, we are looking for an acidic environment and an environment with a high concentration of salt. Specifically, if our site sample has a pH of less than 4, then that indicates that the sample is acidic. If our site sample has an electrical conductivity greater than 2000 μSiemens per centimeters, then that indicates that the sample has a high level of soluble…

has been removed. Washes operate on the idea that adding base and acid to a mixture will draw out the acidic and basic substances contained in that mixture. Acids are defined by their need to donate a proton. Bases are defined by their need to take in a proton. Therefore, adding a strong acid to a mixture would cause the base in the mixture to want to take the protons from the acid8. Similarly, adding a strong base to a mixture would cause the acid in the mixture to want to donate its proton8.…
