    walking into last semester I felt that I grew tremendously from the semester before and from my Italy dance experience. After my injury my technique went downhill fast. I thought that going to physical therapy was going to help me get back to where I need to be with my ankle. During winter break I did a lot of exercises that I felt was going to help me with getting my technique back that I lost. At the end of last semester I realized that the fall semester was nothing but one large roller-coaster that I was on, and I was hoping that this semester was going to be better.
