walking into last semester I felt that I grew tremendously from the semester before and from my Italy dance experience. After my injury my technique went downhill fast. I thought that going to physical therapy was going to help me get back to where I need to be with my ankle. During winter break I did a lot of exercises that I felt was going to help me with getting my technique back that I lost.
