We classified the 29 counties in Atlanta in to 3 sub-regions the City proper, Suburb-I and Suburb-II as explained earlier. Table 2 lists the socioeconomic characteristics of the three sub-regions of Atlanta. The City proper has the highest black population (49%) compared to other two regions.
