Much of my troubles with Joanne actually begins with Danette. Danette would often come to my office to complain about Joanne. This happened maybe 4 or 5 times. It was always the same thing, Joanne was complaining that she wasn't getting any support staff help, and was critical of Katrina and Alyssa. Danette would basically say that Joanne wouldn't need any support staff help if she wasn't so slow. Eventually it got so bad that on 3/6/15 I approached Burgess for help and explained what was going on and why I thought it was happening. John said he would look into it. When I returned from vacation on 3/20 I asked John where we stood on it. He said he didn't want to go into it at this time and felt that he was holding our hands. He said we should have the skills to resolve this and he expected Danette and I to work it out on our own. After 5:00pm on 3/20 I approached Danette to discuss the Joanne problem. I was unprepared for her reaction. She said she never said that, and that she doesn't know me any more. She said I was a liar and "fucking crazy"…

The idea “everyone gets prizes” in children sports, detracts from the purpose of sports. Many people believe children’s sports shouldn’t pass out medals for only participating within the sport, but they should be rewarded for their efforts and have one trophy that the champions of the league should receive. First off, participation medals eliminate the spirit of competition, secondly it takes away the purpose of playing a sport and it builds children to grow up without different teachings,…
