I used to be a very independent person. I hated working in groups, and if a group project was ever assigned to me, I always wanted things to go my way. I would have a hard time accepting other people’s ideas, so I was not a very good collaborator. However, back in middle school, I discovered a band called Pentatonix. Pentatonix is a five-person acapella group that are known for their acapella covers of popular songs, and I have followed them since 2011. While their singing is good, I have always been more impressed by how they arrange their songs and their ability to perform them live.
