Internal This section of the analysis will be based on observations from Amy Dowson’s year three class at Kingsley Primary school, Armadale. 3.0 Environment The classroom environment is one that promotes acceptance, communicate and allows for various styles of learning. Upon entering the room, it is noticed that there are several different learning areas of the room. The desks are in rows, allowing for independent work, there is a reading corner with bean bags, there is a guided reading corner, as well as having space around the room for small group learning activities. Another important aspect of the environment is the mat at the front of the room for explicit teaching times, so that the whole class can sit and focus. This environment allows for easy accessibility to all areas of the room as well as encourages ownership of learning. This environment caters for variation of instruction and has whole class, small group and individual work places. Having the teacher’s desk in the corner of the room facing outwards allows for ‘withitness’ during class activities. Withitness is the ability to know what is happening in the classroom at all times, be able to divide their attention amongst tasks and provide preventative behaviour management before an issue occurs. Frequently, Miss Dowson changes the layout of the room and where the children are placed. The students are moved around so that they form relationships with the entire class, as well as create a rapport that produces a…

avoidance if the sender receives triple duplicate ACKs, then it performs fast-retransmission and enters into fast-recovery. In fast-retransmit the sender retransmits the lost segment, sets the threshold value for slow-start as ssthresh = cwnd/2, and sets congestion window, cwnd = ssthresh+3 segments. In fast-recovery, the sender increases its congestion window by one segment for each subsequent duplicate ACK received that indicates a segment is reaching the destination. It can transmit new…

I say this because when Salva was in school, he heard the shooting and he ran into the bushes, to get away from the shooting and didn’t look back. I can support this because in the book it states “He continued the lesson from where he left off then- CRACK! POP-POP-CRACK! ACK-ACK-ACK-ACK-ACK-ACK! Gunfire!” This quote shows how Salva's life changed just like that but also it shows that he was confident to run into the bushes when there was a fire and everyone was running.
