Abraham Woodhull, a farmer in Setauket, played a highly important role in the group. Whenever information was dropped off at the designated dead drop, Woodhull would retrieve it and decide what information was to be sent off to General Washington (“American”). Such as needing permission to go, having to pay x-amount of dollars to go, and having to go for all their sins to be forgiven. I don’t understand why they aren’t allowed to groom themselves, have sex or argue. That seems...odd to me. When I am in a strange place that’s really warm I know that I am extremely irritable – so I don’t understand why arguing is a no-no and why they aren’t allowed to groom…

Why I would convert to Islam Before I begin my paper, I would like to confess that my idea of Islam was based on stereotypes portrayed by the American media. I was fortunate enough to have gone to school and build friendships with Muslim Brothers from Yemen, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
