    The partnership between the UBC Robson Square and the Delta Vancouver Suites will bring each other a variety of benefits. First of all, the UBC Robson Square will experience a better service of the conference rooms provided by Delta Vancouver Suites. Most of the conference rooms from the UBC Robson Square are unique theatre spaces and medium-sized classrooms. (Please see Appendix D for more details). However, they don’t really have lots of spaces for medium-sized meeting rooms. Fortunately, Delta Vancouver Suites provides services for midsize conference rooms which can accommodate a group of 25 or less than 20. In that way, the UBC Robson Square is able to save more spaces for course lectures and presentations. Secondly, Delta Suites’ conference rooms’ rates are cheaper than the one in the UBC Robson Square (Please see Appendix E and Appendix F for more details). One of the biggest reasons is because the UBC Robson Square located in the heart of Downtown and it is only one block way from the Pacific Center and Robson Street. It looks like Delta’s room rate is actually higher in the Appendix E. However, Delta offers food, beverage and Wi-Fi during the meeting. Also, projectors and whiteboards are fully installed in the meeting rooms. Thus, the UBC Robson Square will save more money if they decided to partnership with the Delta Vancouver Suites.
