Hoping to find something to write about, I rummaged through the short stories I received in my four years of literature class. Although I never read, let alone considered reading any of the novels they required for us to finish, I insisted on keeping all the short ones because of how much I enjoyed them. ‘Harrison Bergeron’ was written in bold on the first line of the well-kept brown paper.
