    This RISK project has inspired me in different ways, not always, has taking risks for me been an easy thing to do. Risk taking makes me feel like i’m not in control of the outcome and it could very much affect things that I wouldn’t like it to. This project has affected my personality in favorable ways. Being more open to risky things for me has been a valuable experience overall. I really like the idea of being able to take risks, and this project has made me realize that I can do risky things, and it’s not always a horrible thing. I have chosen to do this project because Mr. Rinehart has inspired me to step outside the box and try something new. I wanted to expand, and do something that was totally different from the average geometry or even school project. I decided to incorporate art into my project. This is a huge step for me, I have a fondness for art, but i’m not an artist. A friend of mine brought up the idea of a mosaic piece because you can integrate many different sizes and colors of shapes into a design that becomes one big piece. Incorporating art into geometry has been fun, but it’s had its challenges. Many challenges I have faced are getting all the triangles to line up and stick onto my pot. I’m working with different sizes and they not all the time want to work together. I have also faced the problem of how to connect this to the geometric world.
