Is six hours enough for a workday? I do not believe six hours is enough for a standard work day. Think about it, most people can not even survive on their hours now. Shortening hours will lead to loss of wages, ineligible for health insurance and maternity leave. We are not one of the 188 states that mandate paid maternity leave.
