    Ch.1 It was raining, and that meant the smell of pure soil lingered in the air round me. My grey shirt and jeans felt heavy from the water they had soaked up. I was uncontrollably shivering as I made my way across the street. My hair was flying in several directions because of the wind. I hate this. I saw the grey building on the ascending hill and made my way up. I'm pretty sure the bell already rang. I reached the heavy, gloomy doors and with all my strength I tried to pry them open. The was no buge. Not even a single movement. I let out a frustrated sigh and cursed under my breath. I lifted my hand and pressed the dreadful doorbell signalling my arrival. A lovely feminine voice came through the speakers. “Yes, how may I help you?” the woman asked “Um hey Ms.Robeson I need to get inside. I'm kinda late” I responded with a bit of uncertainty in my voice “Oh my goodness, Grace where on earth were you? Did you oversleep again? Do I have to call your parents?” She interrogated “Ms.Robeson don't call my parents please. Just let me in and I'll explain everything.” A quiet buzz signaled the door unlocking and I let myself in with a single tug. Now to deal with Ms.Robeson. Don't get me wrong she's amazing, really nice, and she gives you food that pretty tasty, but is worried about everything and everyone. That could get exhausting after a while.
