Regina wanted to speak with me regarding Terje Bolef, Joanne Greene and Richard Bolef relationship. Regina Birchem was married to Richard Bolef father until his death. She presently resides in Minnesota. She comes to St.Louis approximately two to three times per year. She has been receiving her information as it relates to Richard and Terje through Nancy Sparks. She reported to me that Terje Bolef had squander money and property which their father had left for Richard and Terje She could not provide any documentation to support her allegations. My investigation could not substantiate the allegations made against Terje Bolef or Nancy Sparks. There was a lot of circumstantial evidence but nothing conclusive.
