An issue that would cause myself to start a petition is the topic of ocean dumping. Ocean dumping consists of toxic waste being dropped into the ocean and this would cause for a lot of changes to be made. The changes I would make would be to greatly reduce the amount of waste dumped into the oceans or if possible completely avoid sewage being put into the ocean.
