    Natural highs always come to every single person in their lifetime and they stick with that mostly the rest of their lives. For me, a definition of a natural high is that it is something a person loves doing so much that in a way they get high. My natural high was found early in my life at the age of four; it was swimming. I still remember the first time I met the pool; it was an inflatable tube pool that was about 5 feet deep and I was learning to swim. I was so happy that I tried my hardest to be better and to become stronger.
