You can make argument the delusions of laws placed on B1 visas as a means of protection but the proection enforcement isnt there. the employers simply sees cheap labor, hes the consumer and for the employees this is the only means to survive with no help. This is a stretch - global capitalism creates and relies on delusions of employers, consumers, importers and workers - if we thought about where our stuff came from we wouldn't buy it so it is easier to not think about it |
