4.A variety of habitats e.g marshes and mudflats and lagoons are found at the reservoir, meaning lots of different organisms live there.

It means that people to get all the water they need today without stopping people in the future from having enough.

How is the river Rutland manage sustainable?

People can't deplete the water supply or damage the environment of the water supply wont be the same in the future To use the reservoir in a sustainable supply people can only take out as much water as is being replaced by the river supplying it. That way the supply will stay the same.
