Purpose of the AA 95-732 Audio Select Panel

amplifies and controls distribution of audio signals between each headset-microphone

There are 5, #2 is for UHF, #3 is for VHF

ISO/EMER - NORMAL Switch

When in ISO/EMER with power applied, ICS is blocked but user can still transmit and monitor receivers. When in ISO/EMER without power, user can monitor receivers at a reduced volume, cannot transmit.
