Social Self

This is the part of you that is involved with other around you. What do you do with others? Movies. Concerts. Television. Dancing.

Moral / Ethical Self

This is the part of you that decides what is right or wrong. It allows you to make the choices which will guide your present and future life.

Spiritual Self

This is the part of you that seeks calmness and a feeling of peace or completion. It may or may not include a belief in some Higher Power or Spirit of the Universe. This will depend on your personal beliefs.

Economic Self


This part of you decides what to spend money on for necessities as well as for enjoyment. It also will determine something about you if you meet your needs for pleasure before you satisfy your responsibilities to pay your debts.

Intellectual Self

This part of you is engaged in expanding your mind. You may like to read, write, study or even listen to music. Some people expand their knowledge of the world by watching television or viewing films. What do you like to do?

Physical Self

This is the way we view our physical self. It may or may not be an accurate reflection of who we are. At one time in our life we may have been extremely overweight. Now that we have lost weight and are quite fit, we may still percieve ourself to be big, slow, and clumsey. This view may no longer be accurate, but it is the way we perceive ourself.
