Accidents

Whenever a security officer observes an accident of any nature on his post he shall immediately notify the the dispatch or supervisor they shall investigate and it's just the people involved if it is needed and file an incident report.

Ambulance

Anytime a security officer learns that an ambulance is on his post he shouted immediately notify investigate and assist and file an incident report security officers will obtain the emergency medical technicians name the ambulance number and run number.

Arrest

There may come a time when I security officer will need to make an arrest when and if that time comes security officers must be aware of the state laws all states require that security officers meet the following basic requirements first before in the rest can be made a simple definition of arrest is taking of a person into custody or depriving a person of their freedom.

Probable cause

A set of facts or circumstances that would lead a reasonable person to believe a crime was or is being committed.

Direct evidence

Direct evidence establishes a fact. the security officer must have used one or more of his senses in observing a crime.

Avoiding false arrest

Before a security officer makes an arrest he must be absolutely sure that he has probable cause the ACT is a crime in the jurisdiction he is in and the arrest is within limits of his authority.

Protecting a crime scene

Whenever a security officer is in the presence of a crime scene you should secure the area and not permit anything to be touched until the police arrive.

Common area

The common area is a term used for shopping centers Office Buildings in apartment buildings when referring to the Halls lobbies and areas outside doors to the apartment store and office these are the areas that security officers are responsible for patrolling and protecting.

When someone is loud and boisterous to the point that it is disturbing to the piece of others.

Disorderly conduct

Stealing the property of another person and the value of the property is over $950

Grand larceny

Stealing property owned by another with a value below $950.

Petty larceny

When a person takes something of value out of the immediate possession of the victim example pocketbook snatching pickpocket hold up with a weapon

Robbery

When an unwanted person remains on the property after being advised they are not allowed on said property usually used in stores or shopping centers when the person was officially Barred as spelled out in the barring law.

Trespassing

Whenever a security officer is dispatched to investigate a disorderly person they shall do so with caution they shall advise dispatcher as soon as he arrives at the location they shall then politely try to quiet the person down in the event the person or persons do not see the security officer she'll call for assistance or called nine-one-one nope all disorderly calls require an incident report
