What is an organ system? Give an example. |
A group or organs and tissues that work together to carry out a life process. Example: Your mouth, stomach, intestines and other organs work together to digest food. |

Organs that work together to move your body Some you can control (running) and some you can not (shivering, goosebumps) |

How do muscles work in pairs to move a bone? |
Muscles pull on different sides of the bone to move it. Muscles never push on bones. |

How do your nerves and muscles work together? |
Nerves carry electrical signals from your brain to your muscles to tell them to move. |

Muscle - Skeletal Systems: muscles move our bones
Muscle - circulatory systems: Muscles make up your heart to push blood through your body.
Muscle - Digestive: Muscles squeeze food through the digestive system.
