Blue bloater

Pt with COPD (chronic bronchitis), turn blue and barrel chest

Pink puffer

Pt with COPD (emphysema). Good perfusion and look fine.

Atelectasis

Alveoli shut down b/c no production of surfactant which keeps them partially open.
