What effect does ANP have?

It shuts down the release of Vasopressin and Aldosterone due to the blood volume back to normal. It increases GFR to get rid of excess blood volume

What effect does Aldosterone have?

It reabsorbs Na (which in turn, reabsorbs more water) and secretes K

What effect does a Diuretic have? What diseases would you treat with this?

It gets rid of excess water and secretes excess K. Edema or Lymphatic diseases would cause one to need this.
