Explain the "Tumor Flare Reaction" and which class of drugs it is seen with.
Once the LHRH receptor is blocked, it causes an initial increase in the induction of LH & FSH. This can actually flare the tumor up, causing transient increased bone pain, & urinary sxs.

Give anti-androgens starting one week prior to the starting dose of Leuprolide or Goserelin, then for one month
