Homeowners: Additional Coverages

Ordinance or Law allows insureds to use up to __% of the limit of liability that applies to Coverage __
for the increased cost incurred because of enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires the
construction, demolition, remodeling, renovation or repair of that part of a covered building damaged by
a Peril Insured Against or the demolition and reconstruction of the undamaged part of a covered
building, when that building must be totally demolished because of damage by a peril insured against to
another part of that covered building.

Ordinance or Law allows insureds to use up to 10% of the limit of liability that applies to Coverage A
for the increased cost incurred because of enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires the
construction, demolition, remodeling, renovation or repair of that part of a covered building damaged by
a Peril Insured Against or the demolition and reconstruction of the undamaged part of a covered
building, when that building must be totally demolished because of damage by a peril insured against to
another part of that covered building.

Homeowners: Additional Coverages

Grave Markers will pay up to $_____ for grave markers, including mausoleums, for loss caused by a
peril insured against, whether on or not on residence premises. This coverage does not increase the
limits of liability that apply to the damaged covered property.

Grave Markers will pay up to $5,000 for grave markers, including mausoleums, for loss caused by a
peril insured against, whether on or not on residence premises. This coverage does not increase the
limits of liability that apply to the damaged covered property.

Homeowners: Property Coverage

All coverage forms include a basic deductible of $___, which applies to all coverages, except the
Fire department service charge and Credit card and forgery coverages. The deductible may be increased
to reduce the premium.
