Diagnostic Criteria |
A. Persistent or recurrent pattern of ejaculation occurring during partnered sexual activity within approximately 1 minute following vaginal penetration and before individual wishes it B. Symptoms in A must have been present for at least 6 months and be experienced on almost all or all (approx 75-100%) occasions of sexual activity C. Symptoms in A cause clinically significant distress D. Not better explained by a nonsexual mental disorder Specifiers: Lifelong: Acquired: Generalized Situational Severity: Mild: occurs within 30 seconds to 1 minute of penetration Moderate: within 15-30 seconds of penetration Severe: occurs prior to sexual activity, at start of sexual activity, within 15 seconds of penetration |
