Social Contract has built in logic of justice... It's based on both parties fulfilling their responsibilities. It is truly a radical, revolutionary idea. |
Intriguing thing about contracts is that if one party doesn't live up to their part of the bargain, then the exchange doesn't take place hence the contract becomes void. |
