How is morning colors executed?
- Muster color detail 30 minutes prior.
- Use holiday flags on Sunday.
- Do not pass anything over the 1MC after "first call for colors"
- Messenger sets up flags after colors.
How is the evening colors executed?
Muster the color detail and light detail 30 minutes prior.
- EM's turn the waterline lights on.
- Messenger roll flags and stow them.
