Mishaps Classes

Class A- 2 mil or more


Class B- 500,000 or more but less then 2 mil


Class C- 50,000 or more but less then 500,000. Result of loss of 5 or more workdays

What is PPE and what is it for?

Personal protective equipment. Last line of defense for hazardous environments and working conditions.

Require that persons are instructed and drilled in all safety precautions and procedures
