Pronated Grip (Over hand Grip)
A grip in which the hand grasps the bar with the palm down and knuckles up
Supinated grip (Underhand grip)
A grip in which the hand grasps the bar with the palm up and knuckles down
Neutral Grip
A grip in which the palm faces in and the knuckles point out to the side, as in a handshake.
Alternated grip
