Pt complaint (HA/nausea) and high BP = initial Nrs I = palpate bladder

Cushings Triad

High Systolic BP, Irregular breathing, and Bradycardia

Wide BP pressures, irreg/decreased resps, and low heart rate = increasing ICP

Signs of Shock (3)

Hypotension, Tachycardia, and Increased Respirations

Signs of DI

High U/O, excess water intake, increased serum osmolarity

Polydipsia, polyurea, hypernatremia
