Bring the heel of your left foot to the heel of your right. Stand straight with heels together making a 45 degree angle, with chest lifted. Arms will hang naturally with your thumbs aligned with your pant seams. Fingers joined but are allowed to curl naturally Mouth closed with chin tucked in slightly.
