the normal process by which TDs are moved from active D files to the history TD files when records show all compliance have been accomplished.

Completion (formerly rescission)

the process by which and issued/published TD is removed from active files upon issue of a superseding TD

Supersedure

terminates compliance requirements and removes TDs from the active files
