Is it legal to practice with an expired license while trying to apply for a new one?

No. Practicing is not allowed. Neither is using the titles "pharmacist", "registered pharmacist," or "RPh"

How should licenses be displayed?

Must be displayed in public view. Most recent renewal card should be placed with display. Can only be kept at place of practice, at most common site if practicing at more than one site.

Can a revoked/suspended license be renewed?

Nope. Not without having license reinstated by the board.

Can a license be renewed after it has expired?
|
As long as it is within 5 years of the potential renewal date. Later renewals may require re-examination/education.
