Spray tail cone and tail pylon canted bulkhead areas with corrosion preventative compound (CPC) to remove any excess water. Then apply Fluid Film, Liquid A, to same areas.
How do you ensure that the TGB & IGB oil caps are installed properly?
1. You have to ensure that the scalloped on the cap align with the flat surfaces of the HEX nut of the receptacles. 2. Then using three to four fingers equally spaced around the cap, pull out the cap to make sure the cap is seated in the locked position. DON'T USE JUST 2 FINGERS!
