How many different DNA molecules do Males and females have?

Males-25 Females xx and xy

What causes species diversity

Species diversity arises by genetic variation shaped by evolutionary forces Natural selection and mutation being a major driving force

The plasticity of cells within organisms arise through? Explain how.

Epigenetics how?

Humans are not homologous tissue we have differentiation. There’s plasticity within organisms due to epigenetics. Butterfly and a chimpanzee have different genomes but do the brains and the lungs have differrent genomes? No, the reason they look different is actually because different genes are switched on and switched off. This meaning a different level of expression in the lungs the kidney and the foot are all different even though there's the same genome.- the epigenetics is different.

What is the steps DNA replication to a protein?

1.DNA replication

2.DNA

3.Transcription (reversible)

4.RNA

5.Translation

6.Protein

6 steps of the essential dogma

What is chromosome structure?

Chromosomes contain very tightly wound DNA, this can be unwound to very condense histones which is protein DNA wraps around. The DNA is unwound here to observe the double helix structure.
