Patient's weight/5 i.e. 8mL if 40kg or 16mL if 80kg is 8mg/kg lignocaine.

Dosage of fibrinogen concentrate or cryo (or FFP) for 1g/L increment in fibrinogen

Need 1x 5 unit pool per 25kg of cryo so 3mL/kg volume cryo (each unit about 15mL with about 250mg fibrinogen about the same amount as one FFP 200mL) 30mL/kg FFP (i.e. not possible) or 1g fib conc per 20kg.

But tend to give 1g fib conc for every 2mm incremement in rotem A10 wanted

Pulmonary HTN mild, mod, severe ranges

Mild pulmonary HTN is mPAP 25-40 (approx RVSP 38-62)

Moderate is mPAP 40-55 (approx RVSP 62-87)

Severe is mPAP > 55 (approx RVSP >87)

In children, use proportion of systolic.
