What are the limits on Congress' power to limit the appellate jurisdiction of SCOTUS?
Congress has very broad power, however SCOTUS has an essential role in the constitutional system of checks and balances. Limiting the Court's power to review Congressional acts or denying jurisdiction over an entire class of cases would likely be unconstitutional.
