The perforated removable tip is a guard that keeps the intestine from getting sucked into the instrument and getting damaged)

Vascular Suction Tip Andrew (aka small Yankauer. Size refers to the diameter of the bulb at the tip, not the length of the handle. Not commonly used because we have the larger, disposable yankauer that comes in our packs. This is primarly for suctioning small areas where a larger yankauer tip would obstruct the view of the surgeon)
