What is a magnetic field?

This is an area around a magnet where magnetic force is produced,it is represented by field line that always go from North to South

Give one property of magnets

-the poles/ends are where the magnetic field is concentrated, magnetic field is an area around the magnet where magnetic force is produced.

-Like poles attract and unlike poles repel

-North and South are inseparable

-A bar magnet suspended freely rests in a North-South direction

Describe how to identify lines of force using a magnet, plotting compass and plain paper

-place a bar magnet on a plain paper and draw around it

-poke a hole near the North Pole and Mark the hole A

-place the plotting compass such that the arc of South is around point A

-where N ends is point B

-place the plotting compass as before on Point B and where N ends is Point C

What is a domain?Relate it to the ability of a magnet to attract other materials and give clear examples of such materials.

Small regions in a magnet that consist of atomic magnets, these atomic magnets have to be aligned in order for a magnet to carry out its job because then the magnetic effect of one domain would add on to the magnetic effect of the next as compared to when they are not aligned and there is net magnetic effect.
