*Use caution I patients with CHF CNS *Headaches *Dizziness MISC *Renal impairment or Hepatic impairment (reduce "maintenance dose" only) *May decrease ICP response during intubation *Elderly or debilitated patients (1/2 dose for patients >75 years old) *Family/patient history of malignant hyperthermia |
